I relate to this so much. I don't want to scale! I don't want to be the internet's next juggernaut blogger, either! I just want to write good stuff. And I'd love to have a dedicated audience. Maybe I already do? The problem is we're under so much pressure to create more, more, more that there doesn't seem to be any room for better, deeper, more important writing, which doesn't happen if we set our sights on profits. I love how you presented this idea. I hope you don't mind if I do something similar. I would love to make Medium a real source of income. Cheers to you!
