Love the article. It reminded me of when I was 19 and took a Microsoft Word mastery class with a teacher who decided that unless we knew every single function, we didn't understand the program. I had several older adults in class with me, this was a college course open to the public, and we all struggled to pass a class we thought would be an easy A. The teacher somehow turned a simple word processing software into an endless maze. I learned an unexpected lesson - just because I use a program a certain way doesn't mean that's how others BELIEVE I should use it. Our built-in biases and mindsets come with us when we sit down at a computer.
